"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Responded to request within an hour.  Came out and gave estimate that day.  They went out of their way to help us decide the best place to pour the two individual pads.  Began work two days later.  The entire crew worked very hard and were very professional.  They had to deal with delays waiting on the delivery of rock and three trucks of concrete, but handled it well.  They worked late, because of the delays, but were determined to get the huge job completed in one day.  They went out of their way to help us prepare the site by moving our storage buildings.  Cody came back the following two days to check on the slabs to ensure that they were curing correctly and to score them to prevent cracking.  Everything about this job was excellent.  I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />"
