I was so thrilled to have them come so soon. I wanted them to install two faucets that I had already purchased. They explained one purchase was incorrect and wouldn't fit in the sink. They carefully explained what I needed and completed the other faucet install and two drain clog clearings while I ran out and got the correct faucet. They actually had to wait for me to return and did not charge me for the extra time. They cleaned their work area and cleaned the sinks and drain areas as well.  They went over the work in detail and made sure that  I had the product instructions for my records. The plumbers were so personable and really knew what they were doing. I would use them again anytime, and in fact, when we renovate our kitchen, I will call them.
