"Purchased a new multi-flat house to live in and rent, and what we hoped were small issues in the roof ended up being big ones that necessitated a new roof or a repair. They explained both options (repair or new roof) fully and carefully, and were extremely transparent about the cost, the ideal solution, but also what would work for a while. Because the property we purchased also ended up having mold issues, doing the job the right way was our priority, and we went with the new roof. Alsip were *extremely* responsive and worked hard to fit us in before more bad weather hit, which we really really appreciated. "What a seamless, smooth experience working with Walter at Vald Roofing. The customer service was great, the quote was very competitive, and they were always on time. They came out to give a quote within a day of contacting them. Then, once we signed the contract, Walter and his crew were back to start the project within a week and finished within a couple days.
