"They did an excellent job. Daniel showed us some samples of water based floor finishing as opposed to oil based. He described the process and suggested how long it would take and the precautions to give the best end results. The men who sanded, vaeuumed, and applied the finish were professional and did great work each day. The removal and replacement of furniture went very well too. Nothing was broken or scratched. I liked that Daniel phoned today and checked that we had placed pads on chair legs/feet so we wouldn’t scratch the floors like before. I love our floors. They feel brand new!"

"Highly Recommended! Exceptional quality work and exceptional customer service. I don't write reviews often and am not 100% satisfied with contractors often but this is an exception. I can't say enough about Calin and his team at IC Hardwood Flooring. From the start he was very responsive in answering my request to re-finish our hardwood floors. He scheduled an appointment to come and review our floor situation and made recommendations on the finish to use as we have a dog. The work was scheduled in a very short period of time and he worked within my schedule. Their prices are very reasonable and lower than other quotes we received. The floors looked like new when they were done and we have a very old house with old floors. They sealed off the parts of the house they were working on so dust and debris did not hit the other rooms. They cleaned up to perfection when they were finished with the job. This is the first time I used them and would use them again and recommend to anyone (as a side note this is the third time we had our floors done over the years and this was by far the best and only place I would recommend). Also to be noted we had a small issue that didn't show up right away after their work was complete. As opposed to some contractors that would put a past client at the bottom of their priority, Calin responded to our issue and they came and fixed it within days at no charge (even though it was months after the work was done). Again, can't say enough about their high quality work and service. If you are looking for any hardwood service they are your team and service many areas."

Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. Also they installed 1/4 round trim to replace old trim. Job was estimated to take 2 day and they did complete on time. Also they did not try to sneak in charges or change the estimated price. I will use them again for my upstairs rooms. 100% satisfactory work."
