"This service was offered on U-T Deals for $99 and valued at $350. I've lived in my condo for 14 yrs. and never had the ducts or dryer vent cleaned so I figured it was about time.
I had to book about 2 weeks out after my initial call. They called me the day before to remind and then called again when they were on their way. Gil and his assistant were very polite and professional and service was performed in a timely manner. The only tie-in service they offered was duct sanitation, which I politely declined. No hard sell or pushiness. I did tip however, considering they had to drive to Ramona and it was a hot day.
My only complaint would be that after they showed me how much dryer lint they got out, they left it on the ground rather then picking it up and throwing it away. It is however, my lint, and that's probably a good way to make people see just how much was removed.
