"During the estimate Brandon took the time to measure each room carefully, did not rush. He was the first of several prospects to submit a bid and at a very reasonable price in comparison. I told him I was on a tight schedule & he assured me he could complete the job on time, so he was hired. I've seen stories online, about issues with floors after install because things were rushed/corners were cut during the prep phase.
