"If you want great quality and a decent price but are ok with very unreliable customer service, then go with Aire Serv. Aire Serv did great quality work on repairing, crafting and installing improved ducting for our central air system. Our A/C is working better than it ever has at quickly cooling/heating our house. Unfortunately it was a nightmare trying to arrange a date and time for the maintenance. I have to schedule time off in advance in order to be home during the day, but every time they tried to schedule the installation it was very short notice, and through email which they did not respond to for usually a few days. It took about 5 emails and a few phone calls, and they were only able to schedule the install when I told them I was going to go with another company. Again, if you want great quality work and are willing to wait for the maintenance for almost 2 months, then go with Aire Serv."

"The price was reasonable. The guy was pretty nice and friendly. He did the work and made sure that he cleaned up after himself. He even cleaned all the ledges on the walls underneath the ducts. He was really helpful, courteous and friendly. He listened to what we asked and told us what he was doing along the way."

"The temperature has been over 100 degrees for about a week now. It is Sunday afternoon and I notice that the AC is not cooling the house below 85 degrees. I call Total Air about 6:30 pm hoping they can diagnose any problems and return on Monday early with any needed parts. I have two dogs and would hate to leave them in the sweltering house for more days than needed. I am fully prepared to pay the after hour/emergency rates. I get a call back from Brandon, the owner, within 15 minutes of leaving a message. I explain my situation and within minutes Brandon diagnoses the problem by asking some simple questions and guiding on where to check the unit. Apparently having to cool in these high temperatures with a dirty (very dirty) filter causes some of the piping to freeze, thereby not allowing the unit to cool. <br /> <br />Problem solved by tuning off the Cool feature on the unit and using the Fan feature to melt the ice, and of course by cleaning the filter. <br /> <br />Brandon spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me and even answered question on the best types of replacement filters. The whole time being courteous and patient. <br />"

"I called Southwest to get a quote for repair on my fireplace as my home inspector did not know what issues existed only that it was not safely operable until an inspection had been completed. They came out to complete a cleaning and provide me a quote for repair that was needed that they could visually see (this changed a bit as they began work and discovered additional damage but I was quickly made aware of the change and offered the option of additional repair). I had also been contemplating ceramic logs and wanted a remote controlled log system, they were able to assist with this as well. From the very first phone call to the completion of the interior system they were courteous, professional, punctual, and flexible. Great company and I would recommend them with no reservations and will use them for any future needs."

"They are usually good. They used a reconditioned motor, and it went out within a day. They had sold it to me as a new one, and I wasn't happy about that. They came out and put another one in after that. It was hard to make an appointment with them. They weren't available. The motor went out after hours, and then they told me to call back the next morning. Then, they told me that there were no appointments for that day, and that I had to wait for two weeks. They are inconsistent. I checked around with other people who had replaced those motors. The only way I could have gotten a cheaper price was if I did it that myself. Their responsiveness is the big issue."

"He was very reasonably priced and took great pride in his work. Even though he finished in a very timely manner, you could tell he did his best to get the carpets as clean as possible. After the work was completed we did a walk-through and he explained on the one area that was obviously used a lot that he went over it multiple times but because of the quality of the cheap carpet installed in the rental it is always harder to remove stains from those types of fibers. It still looked great, but just not brand new. He texted me the day before our appointment and also called to say when he was on his way. A very professional former military man that came all the way from the west side of El Paso but still gave us a very fair price; if you like to support small locally owned businesses then he fits the bill. I would highly recommend him to any others needing a good carpet cleaning. Additionally, he providing us with a significant military discount."
