"I liked that I received an Appointment Acknowledgement Email and the Arriving Email with Jerry's Picture so I knew who the Service Tech was. Jerry did an excellent job servicing my York DAYA Roof Top HVAC unit for Heating and Cooling. He also showed pictures of his work and the Pressure Switch that was intermittent. I had printed out the Website $50 Discount for Repair so I had that available for the Repair Order to replace the Pressure Switch. Jerry is very personable and answered all of my questions."

"The technician called to alert me that he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time for the appointment.  He worked tirelessly for the 4 hours he was in my home, and did an excellent job!  He also did an excellent job of moving many pieces of furniture, and replacing them after cleaning, placing the items on small foam pads that allows the damp carpet to "breathe" and properly dry.   The next day, we were not totally satisfied with the appearance of the sofa.  After calling the Carpet Magic office, the technician came back out that same day and re-cleaned the sofa at no add'l cost.   I will not hesitate to use Carpet Magic again in the future when I need  my carpeting professionally cleaned; and I highly recommend them!! <br />"

At my request They returned the next day to replace some old duct in the attic with new energy efficient ducting. All my calls were returned promptly and questions were answered professionally at a layman's level. <br />"

"dryer vent cleaning - excellent. quick, effective. showed me pictures of what they did on the roof to the vent opening. dryer works now. they cleaned up the mess. <br> <br>chimney sweep - excellent work. crew cleaned up afterwards. they cleaned the gas logs and inside the chimney of our new house. we haven't used it yet so i don't know how effective it is yet. <br> <br>chimney cap - they came back another day to install a new chimney cap. This was super fast and they were on time. <br> <br>quote for air duct cleaning - they walked my house, did quick measurements and vent counts and provided me with an outrageous quote to clean the ducts. This quote was 3 times another quote so I did not use them for this service. <br> <br>My only complaint about this company is the communication with the office. The lady in the office gave me a quote and when I combined services there was a $10 discount which they did not apply when I paid for services, and the guys on the crew said I had to call the office about it. When I called to ask about this, she said that because i paid with credit card she couldn't refund those ten dollars. But she would give me a credit for the chimney cap and give me another $10 off just for the trouble. She didn't call me back when she said she would, and then she called back to find out if I was interested in the air duct cleaning quote, to which I said no, but you guys were supposed to come out to install a new chimney cap and I told her the quote she had given me. She said let me make a note of that, and then when they came out to install it, they STILL did not apply the discount. There's a problem with communicating with the client and the crew. <br> <br>Also I think they were expensive. The work was quality but the communication and the promises for discounts were crappy. <br>"

"They spent about 1 and 1/2 days. They had a positive pressure system and it sucked all the loose debrie out of the ducts. I knew I had rusted areas in my ductwork and they cleaned it very well. The overall cleaning was very good. I would reccommend them to anyone who needs duct cleaning by professionals. <br />"

"He was very reasonably priced and took great pride in his work. Even though he finished in a very timely manner, you could tell he did his best to get the carpets as clean as possible. After the work was completed we did a walk-through and he explained on the one area that was obviously used a lot that he went over it multiple times but because of the quality of the cheap carpet installed in the rental it is always harder to remove stains from those types of fibers. It still looked great, but just not brand new. He texted me the day before our appointment and also called to say when he was on his way. A very professional former military man that came all the way from the west side of El Paso but still gave us a very fair price; if you like to support small locally owned businesses then he fits the bill. I would highly recommend him to any others needing a good carpet cleaning. Additionally, he providing us with a significant military discount."
