"Truthfully, despite our communication issues he was initially very good with illustration of the idea of a wall with pillars for later use. He seemed fearful of my neighbors, more interested in their comfort, and therefore pulled a permit without consulting me about the location of the wall on the premises..... which led to the wall having to be built starting 3 inches within my property line. They were very punctual on showing up for construction, slightly messy (but nothing terrible), but they left the back of the wall (the side I can’t see from my property) totally unfinished with concrete. And, the “concrete” or “mortar” they used is already disintegrating less than a year after installation."

"Professional and prompt. Just be sure to patiently detail the work you need done and ask about the extra cost to pay with a card. For us, there were rocks I asked to be removed, which then exposed a small area on both sides of the retaining wall along the stairs. Now we have a problem of potential erosion onto dirt should it rain. That wasn't included in the work order. The other thing is that some of the resurfacing work on the retaining wall began to show cracks after two days. They quickly responded and repaired. I was told we had to try to keep that area wet for it to curate since this section doesn't get a lot of sunlight. Thank you, Art and crew, for responding quickly."

"My cinderblock wall was built in the 1960's. The mortar between the brick joints had loosened and a tree root pressing against the brick below grade caused the wall to crack from top to bottom between my yard and the neighbors yard. Cinco Mosqueteros did a great job repairing the wall, leaving it in much better shape than when it was originally built. Many thanks!"

"Ricky(owner) answered his phone on my first try to call them. He scheduled a meeting for a quote on a concrete walkway & step installation. He arrived on time and get me a quote on the spot. I was satisfied with the price and wrote up the quote while he was here. I asked how much down he needs, he said pay in full after the job is done to your satisfaction (WOW, rarely see that anymore). He said he could do it within the next 2 weeks, he called me after 4 days (a Thursday )and said he could do it on Monday 8:00 AM. His crew & he arrived on Monday @ 8:00 AM !!! We went over the details and he and his crew got right to work. Ricky had to go to another job site, all his employees were pleasant to talk to, polite, and professional. They got the job done by 3:00 PM cleaned up and I asked the guy in charge if I should pay him. He said no Ricky will call you for payment. Ricky came back later that night to pick up the payment. It's nice to see that some people still have values & trust. I definitely recommend his company."
