The young lady that arrived was very young was a little conservative but I decided to see how things would turn out. I expected more in my opinion for a deep clean. Some things were missed so when she left I did let the company know they attempted to send her back to fix the issues missed but we had already left the house. Then they asked me how to fix the issue since they couldn?t send her back we ended up agreeing on her returning on another day. She came back and she did fix the issues we spoke about. If she couldn?t return they didn?t offer to take off any money. They kept professionalism but I would have preferred to not have to schedule another day for a return clean just because of the current situation (sick family member). "

"We have a lot of glass patio doors with transoms overlooking our pool. The birds and the dust off the desert seem to love this glass! They did a great job, were very pleasant to work, showed up as planned, and responded promptly when I've contacted them. I'm having them come monthly. I don't recall what I paid"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
