"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."

"I would hire In-line Construction in the future without hesitation. Their price was not the lowest or the cheapest but it was the most comprehensive of all the bids I received. In the end I clearly valued it as being the best for my money. Steve (and his crew) were great. In our initial meeting he took the time to explain options as well as ask me questions about what I wanted done. He took time to explain how certain things would be done during the remodel (other bidders did not). The crew doing the work were on time and kept the place as clean as possible. The work that they did was top notch. The final results came out better than we anticipated and for us, that speaks for itself. We did encounter a small water leak during construction that required repairing of a downstairs bedroom ceiling. Steve didn't hesitate for a minute and said, "I'm sorry about that and I will take care of it". And that is exactly what was done. I'm writing this review a bit late (work was completed in December and I got busy) but my wife and I look at our master bathroom everyday and are still amazed on how well things turned out. I would definitely highly recommend In-Line Construction for any work you may be considering. BTW, We purchased all the items for the bathroom (fixtures, toilets, cabinets, tile, etc.) and Steve's company did all the installation & construction work. This arrangement allowed us to buy what we wanted. Steve also provided pickup service for some of those items, just another example of what In-line does for its customer."

"I am very fortunate to have George's Tile Works to install my pool and spa glass tiles. I've done lot of  researches and found out ,  it is very difficult to install a pool or spa glass tiles, unlike porcelain tiles that's much easier and forgiving for small errors. I visited lot of projects with glass tiles installation, and lot of them were living with lot of installation defects, examples are glass tiles cracks, or popped out tiles. It was very scary, I was about to change my mind with glass tiles and install porcelain instead  until I hired George.
 I had to hire a right  professional who really knows how to install a glass tiles. My glass tiles were Italian Trend glass tiles with only 3/4" each squares, and it is very thin tiles, way thinner than standard tiles,very sensitive to install but it is beautiful glass tiles, and the project to be installed is for entire infinity spa inside and outside and also the pool.
George did a great job!!! he is perfectionist and very professional!!! I highly recommend him for any tile works not only pool or spa tiles but any kind of tiles.
As a matter of fact I just gave him a project for a floor tiles installation for my house that he will start on Tuesday.

This was a large job. It required us to move out of our bedrooms for a few days. They did their best to make this less painful. They split the work in half and worked with us to make sure there was the least amount of inconvenience. We showed the owner a couple of items and he covered that work in the original price.

We were very impressed with the work and the attention we got. He communicated with me by email and through his crew. The crew even worked late a couple days to get things done in a timely manner. They not only finished on-time but ahead of schedule.

I wish I had used this company for other work I had performed a month ago. They are in tremendous demand because they are worth it.
