Any time there was a variance that would add to the budget, Derk let me know ahead of time before continuing. His workers were courteous and efficient, cleaning up after themselves every day. Derk was also willing to make suggestions on plants and landscaping, and would take our opinion or requests into consideration as well. My wife and I are definitely "brown" thumbs, so his suggestions were greatly appreciated.
