We normally would not use sub-contractors unless the job included a multitude of work where extra help may be needed in most cases no job is too big. Masoner and sons consists of a total of 5 employees, we are a family owned and operated business. Our rates are based on a competitive hourly rate for labor, materials are separate, in the cost of materials any trip charges to pick up supplies as well as required building permits will be added into the cost of materials. If our company and the prospective customer is in agreement on potientialy hiring Masoner and sons for their masonry or design needs a proposal is drawn up that is signed by the customer as well as our company that protects both our company and the the customer. There can be a fee for an estimate for large jobs and or a trip charge for out of a 25 mile radius. If our services are initiated the fee will be deducted off of the grand total. For small estimates there is no charge.(unless out of traveling radius). Award winning.

He installed new shower heads in both bathrooms, installed over 40 handles on the new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixed the bedroom window with parts ordered from Anderson, caulked nails on the roof and flashing, helped me clean the vent in the bathroom, and even changed burned out bulbs because I can't get up on a ladder. He spent his whole day here, did a fabulous job, and I can't thank him enough."

They don't just replace your gutters; they look at total water management to be more effective at how the rain is dispersed. They suggested moving some downspouts to provide better flow away from the foundation. In addition, they are master craftsmen when it comes to the actual installation. Their attention to detail and managing tricky roof sections was exceptional – plus, they left it cleaner than when they came.
