"GREAT! Highly recommend, Jason. He was quick, professional, and most importantly did it right! Will absolutely use Jason in the future for any plumbing needs."

"Our kitchen sink and laundry tub empty into the same branch line, that has a tendency to get clogged. This time the blockage was farther than our 25 foot snake.  Dion came out the same day I called.  He had the drain flowing freely within 20 minutes!  And he did it for a very reasonable price!  I would recommend his services to anyone with drain/sewer issues!

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I recently hired Apex Property solutions for a house cleaning project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The quality of their work was outstanding—everything was completed with precision and attention to detail. The team was always punctual, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. They communicated clearly throughout the process and were always open to feedback or adjustments. If you’re looking for a reliable property maintenance service that delivers high-quality work and top-notch customer service, I highly recommend Apex Property Solutions. They exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!"
