This was not only a case of overcharging?it was unlicensed and unsafe work. When I asked for a refund, he ignored me. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business for anything beyond tree trimming. If someone is doing plumbing or irrigation without a proper license, "
