"Tidy Up Club was simply magnificent! We were extremely fortunate to find a house cleaning service as professional and committed to quality and with such deep dedication as they are. We have been getting a home ready to put on the market and sell after being part of the family for decades so it needed a great deal of cleaning attention. Tidy Up Club was "up' to the task, and more. Everything we discussed and contracted for that we wanted them to address was completely taken care of. They cleaned every nook and cranny in our 2300 square foot house and I cannot remember it ever gleaming with such sparkling pizzazz. It was amazing! And for all they did in our large home the price was absolutely fair. We would hire them again in a split second. Great, great job!!!"

"They often go weeks without picking up our trash, which is what we pay them to do. As other reviews have pointed out, their customer service is useless as they do not have direct communication with the dispatch or drivers. When we have talked to managers, they are not that much better. Costumer service reps and managers refuse to provide any direct contact information so we cannot follow up with them and they can avoid any personal responsibility for failures to follow through on requests we have made or work orders they have submitted, which has happened frequently. Our recycling coordinator, Selvin Chavez, whose direct contact information we do have, has failed to respond to multiple emails and phone calls, and we were told by one of their customer service reps that their recycling service uses a completely different system than their trash service, and there is no communication between the two. It has taken them over two month to switch our current trash bin for a split trash/recycling bin, with multiple mistakes made on their end. This issue still hasn't been resolved. We would never recommend this organization and the only reason we have their service is because we have to. Unfortunately, the city gave them an exclusive contract for services in our area that they clearly do not have the capacity to provide, so we are stuck with them."
