Over time, the focus became more on minor repairs, construction, property and shuttle services so the company became Advanced Management Services of Illinois, LLC in 2015. Evolution and growth of the business led to marketplace confusion over the business name so after much discussion, in late 2018, the owners rebranded the company to AMS 360 Building Services, LLC (AMS 360) to better explain the services offered. The company decided to no longer offer transportation services and solely focus on the primary function of construction and property services. We’re a fully insured, licensed and bonded general contractor offering in-house and subcontracted property services and construction and remodeling services. We’ll help you with jobs as small as changing a doorknob all the way up to building your dream home. All of our employees are skilled, background checked and drug screened and all subs are required to have their own insurance coverage to ensure an additional layer of protection for you.
