"They did a great job on extending my patio with pavers the workmanship is beautiful. They also assembled a gazebo kit on the new patio and it created a wonderful oasis for me to enjoy my outdoor space year round."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"JG Construction did an AWESOME job designing a paving block patio, retaining wall, and area landscaping for us. Jose and his crew were very efficient and highly professional. The project turned out even better than we envisioned. They had to reroute and reconfigure part of my sprinkler system to accomplish the patio rebuild, and then landscaped the area which resulted in a beautiful finished project that will be enjoyed by my family for many years to come. Great construction company which I very highly recommend."

"The Bricks Doctor came out and tuck pointed the outside of my house and chimney within 7 days. They had to replace a few bricks and did it at no cost. I have a big house so I was amazed with their timeline. They did an amazing job on my 8 ft high chimney. Their crew of 4 people finished the job with precision."

"We called System Pavers not really knowing what the experience would be like. We had a big backyard with slopes and a tiny small patio that was put in when we purchased our new home. We knew we didn't want just cement but didn't know exactly what materials made sense for our home and environment in Seattle. Austin was our salesman and he came out to our home with books of examples and materials for us to look at. He took his time with us and spent a few hours at our home explaining the process, and helping us come to a decision on materials. He was great with getting us renderings of what our yard "would look like" and helps us add numerous change orders to our project. Once we broke ground Michelle as amazing with site visits and being on text with me everyday to answer my numerous questions. From start to finish, her crew was quick and precise. They were consistently friendly and professional. From prep to final product was roughly two weeks!! It was very fast and blew my mind how quickly the transformation took place. We are now working towards a Phase II next year with additional projects in our backyard. My neighbors have come over to take a look at the work, they unfortunately hired contractors outside of System Pavers and were scammed for their money. I have a feeling they will be calling System Pavers in the future for projects. We had a large patio installed, with new stairs, and stepping stones to a large gas fire pit area. See the photos below. Thank you System Pavers for the beautiful work you did on our yard. We look forward to additional projects next year. Christina Stephens"

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Heath and his crew. They took my completely awful backyard and turned it into an amazing place that I never want to leave. Heath followed through with everything we talked about and more. He has an eye for landscape design and the skill to hire people who know how to install both hardscape and plant material. He has all the equipment needed to do most anything and keeps it well-maintained. Plus he’s got some great stories to share. I would hire him again in an instant. Services included irrigation system, paver patio and path, land contouring with a bulldozer, dry stream bed, sod lawn, planting and barking flower beds."

"Ryan was great to work with. He provided options with our paver patio project so that we could customize the scope of work to be completed and meet our budget goal. The crew was efficient and friendly. The work is excellent and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely hire them for our next project."

"Prompt Inspection and quote, very friendly. Did excellent job of cleaning and repairing terracotta roof, replaced broken tiles, fix concrete bedding and re pointed titles. Cleanup around the house and water blasted windows. Excellent job A+"

"Noah ands his crew have done yard maintenance as well as yard cleanup and even hand weeding. I've had him build a small brick and paver wall and replace a tired lawn with sod. He is always prompt and available by phone or email and will prioritize an emergency clean up for my home/business. Reasonable prices and a pleasant person to work with."
