The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. I also received messages from the office project team with updates on material deliveries and repair dates. Going through any major home repair or replacement can be a very stressful task. Supply and install 4 new 3-in -1 roof jacks and one new galvanized roof jack. Clean out gutters, run magnet on ground to pick up any loose nails, and haul away all trash. Ruben was very helpful, explained the nature of the damage and provided a prompt estimate for repair. Upon selecting a roof color and providing downpayment, RBJ had all the materials delivered and stacked neatly on my driveway in preparation for the job, and scheduled within a week for the job to commence when weather allowed. The crew was very professional, worked diligently, set tarps for debris collection, and had the entire area around the house thoroughly cleaned after the job was complete…. didn’t even find one nail remaining on the ground afterwards! Ruben came by the day after to inspect. Very friendly and courteous, would definitely use RBJ again in the future!"

My various jobs averaged about $450 each. The latest for cutting up the hot tub and hauling it off took 2 workers 2 hours for $480."
