"The person doing the work was very professional and thorough. We have had the ducts cleaned in the past, but they did not do nearly as thorough a job as this person did. He cleaned the return line at the furnace, the fan motor and A-coil."

"Called dispatched when my frig was making a horrible noise instead the normal sound it usually makes after closing the door. They made an appointment for later the same day (wonderful!), and the technician called to see if he could come early when he was finished with a previous job ahead of schedule. He checked the fans in the frig area and freezer area, dissassembled the filter cover and checked the motor in the frig, then found that I had a bag of frozen stuff impinging on the fan in the freezer. He completed re-assembling everything, cleaned the filters (and showed me what I should be doing for routine maintenance), and charged me the basic service call fee. "Pete arrived when he said he would, texted me the day of to confirm and texted me when he was on his way. After diagnosing, he determined that the heating element needed to be replaced. The dryer was very dirty inside and he asked for my vacuum and cleaned it out for me while fixing it, which I thought was very nice. He was was done with the job in 1/2 hour. He also gave me a coupon for a dryer vent cleaning which I mentioned I needed in the future as well. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again when I inevitably need another repair!"
