"I can't praiase Bob enough for restoring my faith that there are honest contractors out there that take pride in their workmanship and deliver what they say.  Right from the beginning, Bob did not even hesitate at coming to take a look at my botched deck that was half done, most other builders were not interested in cleaning up some other guys mess.  He was able to spot numerous issues that I was not even aware of at that point and came up with a plan to save as much of the materials and work that could be salvaged as I had alrady paid the other contractor 2/3rd of the total and was not sure if I could get any of it back.  The whole project went great once he took it over.  He basically rebuilt the whole deck and fixed many small issues that were overlooked or done sloppy by the first guy.  On top of that he finished it in less time that it took first crew of 4 to botch it.  The finished deck is great and exactly how I envisioned it.
