"Electrician stated needed to determine where in ground wires were damaged but provided times of consult by company owner that were not acceptable for us. He gave us 2 days between 10a- 12p and being a female, did not understand exactly what he was suggesting for repair so asked to return and discuss with spouse but they were not flexible for a visit at 5pm- 6pm or any weekend to obtain an estimate. As many households have working homeowners I find this unacceptable to only have availability with these hours. Felt he was not sure of cause of problem"
