He arrived punctually as agreed, worked fast and efficiently to install my new Generac GP 17,500, tested it, teached me how to operate it, all of that in the span of a couple of hours. "Ryan came out, after I spoke with Chuck on the phone. I had been very disappointed with two other companies who try to upcharge me for the work. Both companies said my electrical panel needed to be replaced on top of my pendant light installation. Their quotes? $4000 to $6000. After inspecting the electric panel, Ryan and Chuck decided that all that was needed was a whole house surge protector. Neither of them tried to convince me that I needed to pay thousands of dollars for unneeded repairs. The surge protector was installed correctly by Ryan (it had not been installed correctly before).
