Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

(This move was made during the second month of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. The movers’ disassembly and assembly of furniture was less than perfect, however, leaving one bed drawer runner askew. But Movemasters cheerfully compensated us for the bed drawer runner repair. In addition, the cost to us came in under Movemasters initial bid. My son has made several moves and said, “This is as good as it gets!” Overall, my son and I were quite satisfied with the move."
