The crew arrived the next day, replaced the damaged wood and prepped our home for painting, which included detailed scrapping and caulking. The painting took a day and one half. Baseboard molding and bannister spindles were removed, marked for identification and stored. The new flooring was installed and sanded. Todd expertly helped in the choice of stain color. When the finishing steps were completed and the molding and spindles replaced, the result was fantastic! The workmanship is top notch and the house looks terrific.
