The only problem was a miscommunication between the estimator and the work crew. We were told that they would be able to remove the siding and drill holes on the exterior to install the insulation - but the work crew thought they were to drill holes on the inside. They were not able to remove the siding without cracking it, so we had them do the installation from the inside. The work was perfectly fine, but did not include patching of the holes in the walls. This was not the fault of the work crew - they did a fantastic job. I would just recommend having everything spelled out in the estimate to avoid misunderstandings."
