"Excellent company that maintained my house in Portland while I was living out of state for a few years. The crew always did a great job and were easy to communicate with. They will fix fences, if needed, and clean gutters. I hired them because my neighbor across the street had such a nice yard and she used them. 10/10."

"They came out quickly to give us a quote to clean our gutters and roof and treat our roof for moss. They did the work within the week and did a great job."

"Nick and his crew member Chase did a fantastic job to clean our moss-covered concrete roof. You can't just let anyone clean a concrete roof and they knew what they were doing. They were on time, professional and offered other services. My roof looks amazing and neighbors have asked for Nick's info. Nick's business is now listed in our HOA Preferred Provider list as a qualified contractor for power washing, gutter and roof cleaning services. Thank you Nick and Chase!!"

"We recently hired Home Smiles to clean the front of our home. They were very friendly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They cleaned our gutters, that were so full of debris, as well as our front walkways. We had a lot of moss built up on the roof and walkway. They did an outstanding job, everything looks fresh and clean and ready for spring. I highly recommend Home Smiles!"

"nice job. They clean my yard and job well done"

"Roof looks new again. On time and would hire them again for our next cleaning project."

"Lawn thatching was done expertly and the yard was raked clean . Very pleased with this company."

"I am very satisfied with the work they did on my house. The price was fair compared to other roofing companies in the area, the quality of the work was exceptional, and they finished ahead of schedule. Communication with Julio was clear regarding the estimate and any unforeseen issues that arose. The team was respectful of the property and the neighbors, arrived on time every day, and always left everything clean at the end of the day. I highly recommend them."

"We needed to have 3 posts replaced that supported a very large patio cover. One of the posts supported a peak that was 16 feet high. Due to the way the roof was constructed, we were concerned about how the posts would be removed so that the roof would not shift laterally. Since we were putting the house up for sale and were relocating out of the area, we also were on a somewhat tight timeline - about a month. We had been trying to reach several contractors. Until Timbers, we had unreturned phone calls, contractors that said it was either too hard or the project was not big enough. Or they said they couldn't get the project done according to our timeline. One provided a quote that was enormously inflated. We had another quote, but they were unspecific on how they would address the structural issues. Plus, they did everything by email. No direct interaction. Timbers called us from HomeAdvisor. We reviewed the project over the phone and I sent photos. Then I got a call from Marcos to set up a site visit. He showed up on schedule, reviewed how he would approach the project and gave me a reasonable quote for the project. His price was not the lowest, but was specific on how he would approach the problem. Plus he could do it within our timeline. The crew showed up on the morning scheduled. To our surprise, the work was done in a day. These guys clearly knew exactly what to do. Good as new and on time. Thanks Timbers."
