"The installers arrived early which was a plus. What I hadn't been aware of was that Crown uses subcontractors for their work. They are subcontractors they have used for years and the work was completed timely and with excellence. They did clean up as well, another plus. We added gutter guards to our order and I did not realize this would be an additional day process. This could have been due to my scheduling issues, however Crown did not make me aware of the 2 step process when I accepted their bid. Crown did insure I was satisfied with the work and came out to insure their subs did the best job possible for us."

They asked that they be allowed to take out all the screens( metal ones) on the gutters, I just felt I should have had some time to research this before I it was done. Should I get new screens or no screens at all..I think it would have been helpful if they had give some recommendation about the next step for the gutters upkeep.."
