"Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

"Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"

They went above and beyond, not only re-piping my 1927 house, replacing my 30 year old water heater, and doing the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, but also referring us to a great father son team who gutted and did all the remodeling for my bathroom. Additionally, I had a minor plumbing issue today, that had nothing to do with the work they did, and Bonnie, via text, walked me through doing my own repair.
