"I was very pleased with the quote, the questions answered, and the work! We weren t in the market for a new roof and Henry told us that we didn t need a new roof. Spraying a coating on the existing roof would extend the life of it and that s what we chose to go with. It was more cost effective and it made sense to go with that for the next 5 years! We just bought the house and from what the home inspection said, the roof was in decent shape so I knew that buying a new roof wasn t needed. 5 year warranty on the work and elastomeric coating and we couldn t be happier with the work and with the honesty! Plus, the coating was from a company called PDI in Scottsdale and from what I read on their site, it s great quality material. Henry said he always goes with this company for this coating and I appreciate that. I ll pay a bit more $$ to know I m getting great material. We had 5 or 6 other roofing companies come out and give us quotes and not one of them were up front and honest with me like Henry was, in my opinion. They either said the roof was in great shape and didn t need to be replaced or coated or the suggestions for a new roof. There was not one company that recommended repairs and a coating. I ve noticed the house is cooler now that the roof has this sun reflective coating and we will have peace of mind that our roof will be preserved for another 5 years!"

"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

"Robert was prompt returning my inquiry about our leaking roof, and we set an appointment for him to inspect. Again prompt to our appointment he suggested solutions and was fair and honest in his evaluation. We agreed to go forward. He came and spent a few hours on the roof, sealing chimney flashing and applying an aluminum based coating overlay on a flat section of the roof. I felt I got honest work for fair cost. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."
