Although we were surprised when he asked us to pay extra for the dirt and requested it halfway through the job, we discussed it, and he agreed to settle the matter fairly. Mario consistently followed through on what he said he would do. He did a great job—especially considering that my business partner, Sarah, is extremely precise and particular when it comes to details and quality. For potential clients, I recommend clearly outlining the payment terms, who will provide the dirt, the type of concrete (PSI), whether fiber/rebar will be included, and the cleanup expectations. All of this should be clearly spelled out in the contract. Mario handwrites everything, which is fine—his handwriting is actually very neat. I’ve read some of the other reviews, and I agree—it’s hard to find honest contractors these days. Yes, I highly recommend Mario."

"We had our garage floor epoxied. They did a beautiful job. Vince told me exactly what the process would be and how to best prepare for it. We are so pleased with the results! They did such a good job that we asked if they could do something about our pavers by our pool. They get very slippery when wet. The manufacturer's rep had told us that there was nothing he could do. We've had these terrible looking mats down so no-one would fall. Vince and his crew finished the pavers so that we don't have to have any mats down and so more slips or falls! We're going to have him polish our granite countertop. We've had it since 2018 and it's time for a shining. I'm sure that they will do a great job like they've done with everything else. Thank you!"
