He took measurements, asked questions about the aesthetics we were looking for and how we wanted the door to function (open in both directions or just one way, deadbolt or latch, etc.) and wanted to get an overall understanding of our ask. Within a week, he d provided options for the build (design and stain), we provided our feedback and he built EXACTLY what we asked for. We couldn t be happier with the finished product.
