I usually pay $100-120 for one gutter cleaning. For same-day service I didn’t mind paying a bit more, $135. Catherine called me when I was the next house to be serviced. The technician, Denny, arrived promptly, was polite and efficient. My gutters are ready for the next storm. Yay!"

Although we only really emphasized vacuuming the floors and steps, mopping the floors, cleaning the bathroom and dusting the blinds, They did even more than that. They vacuumed the carpets, mopped the floors, cleaned the windows, washed the dishes, wiped down the backsplash, cleaned inside the microwave, vacuumed the couch (we have two cats), wiped down the counters, stove and ovens, cleaned the laundry room space, thoroughly cleaned all 4 bathrooms, took out the trash, cleaned up all the cat hair, put back everything they moved etc. Barbara has been highly communicative, respectful, kind, organized and the whole process was thoughtfully done. "These two women clean nicely, but they they are here, quite noisily, and they are very noisy in their cleaning as well. It makes me want to leave the house while they are here. I had to communicate by signs and pointing because their English is not proficient. This is not a very flexible cleaning service, and I ended up paying a lot for just one floor, and the other two floors require extra payment if I ever want them done. I prefer someone who will work by the hour instead of by the job, since I might want to change "the job" occasionally."
