"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I regret using this company for the following reasons: 1. No contract signing. They only send quotes they add charges without discussing it prior. 2. Charged me for work they did not complete. I paid in full even though they never finished painting my kitchen, never squared my bathroom shelves, left gaps and holes. 3. They charged me for ?installing? my dishwasher yet they never anchored it, all they did was move it to the desired location, then they asked for more money to move the outlet which was unnecessary. 4. Said jobs would be an easy fix then spent weeks with no progress because they have to ?figure it out?. 5. Spoke to Maurice, he promised all work would be completed before the holidays (this is after two months of work), then NEVER COMES BACK. He legitimately asked for money, I paid, and he NEVER SHOWED up again. 6. Didn?t finish kitchen cabinets, painting kitchen, doors, bathroom shelves, left the whole place a mess. "

"Would have received a 5/5 but I had to clean up and scrape paint off glass after they left and touch up two areas. All in all, my job was huge by normal standards and they were fast, efficient effective and fairly priced. I don t think there is a better company in Florida"

"They really listen to what you want. They are so creative in solving remodeling projects. We have asked them back many times to tackle new projects. They have painted the entire house, put wood flooring in the bedrooms, did the kitchen cabinets, and added on an appliance garage...very cool! Next we will put up a new backsplash In the kitchen and tackle the computer room/office."

"I found these people on HomeAdvisor. They said they could do drywall and paint my home. They said it would take a month. Three months later, the job still was not done. No excuse or reason was given. The painting and drywall were completed, and to be honest, they totally botched over the electrical plugs (no tape was used whatsoever). They told me they would remove steel beams from the demo portion of the project; this was never done. Do not use these people. Go to an in-person store, or established contractor, and do not give these clowns a cent or you will regret it."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Lake Worth, FL

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
