When J & M Construction gave their estimate it was so much lower! I couldn't believe it. I appreciated the fact that they told me the actual price of materials and therefore did not  upcharge me, I only paid for their hard work. The contract was very detailed and the time frame that was in the contract I thought woud be pretty hard to get done. But they did it with no problem and made sure to keep me up to date as they followed through to be sure that I liked the progress they were making or if I had different options such as closet door handles etc. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. After the job was complete, I was looking out the window and saw that the J & M Construction Montoursville vehicle was pulling in my drive. I went out and John had come with a mechanism with a magnet and went all the way around my house to pick up any nails that could have been left behind. That was so thoughtful especially since I have children. J & M Construction is licensed to do Commercial or Residential and all phases of construction. I give them a 10. <br />"
