"Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day).
