"The guy who came out was very nice and suggested we go to the store to see what we liked. When we walked into the store one of the salesmen asked if we needed help. When I explained what we were there for the guy got so upset that our adjuster suggested we get our windows and doors inspected that he started to cuss at us. When my I asked for my money back (the fee for the guy to come out) he got in my face like he was going to hit me yelling and screaming to get out of his store. To make matters worse the owner didnt do a thing about it. Told me he didnt want to deal with it. Many other stores in our area willing to take my money. I suggest you do business elsewhere."
