"Two young ladies came Memorial Day and did our cleaning. They periodically checked to see if their service was up to standard. When I indicated areas that had not been done, they were prompt to see it was cleaned. In general they did a good job but needed some guidance. We are scheduled for another cleaning in a month and hopefully we'll be able to have a more thorough cleaning and attention to detail then. The young ladies were very nice, respectful as well as their manager which we appreciated."

He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now.
