Staci was always pleasant on the phone and made sure all calls were forwarded to Ben. Ben was always and I repeat always was on time. That in itself speaks volumes on how he operates his business. Ben's precise attention to detail on this project and previous project is something that all companies in this type of business should operate. There were no shortcuts at all. He also gave me direction in hiring a plumbing company and glass ( shower door ) company for this project. And, I am very pleased on their work they preformed. "We went back and forth before we could settle on a date and when rain was forecast they were kind enough to reschedule to a later date. Three young men arrived and they could not have been more professional and courteous. I have a number of stained glass windows hanging over windows and they took each of them down to wash the underlying window and rehung them. I also have storm doors within my sliding glass doors and they'd were thoroughly cleaned. They took their shoes off in the house, worked quickly and efficiently and my windows sparkle. "Brian was great. Very responsive, answering calls after hours and also trying to be as flexible as possible to make sure our schedules aligned and he could get the work done as soon as possible. When he got there he was very knowledgeable, took a look and explained to me what was going on. There was a problem with the side cables as well as the overall spring tension. He did a general inspection of the main door as well as the smaller 3rd car door. Also caught a couple other smaller issues that he fixed along the way without any expensive add ons. Before wrapping up he also touched up both doors to ensure proper operation and movement. Great job overall, will be calling him for any other garage door needs in the future."

"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Rob had done handyman projects around our home back in about 2013 so we were very happy to have him come back and work on new projects around the house. We needed two new storm doors, foundation skim-coat, pothole patch, garage door seals, dirt fill in, dimmer switch, and deck door handle.
