"It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work. He is not satisfied until the job is done right and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He wanted us satisfied and happy with the work and even made some great suggestions that really enhanced the final outcome. "Tim and Eric are great. Tim even come out on July 4th. Eric found and repaired a faulty wire done by another contractor. Both are honest and fair. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!"

"Repair was fine (only 3 days out at this point). Bill was $900, no parts and labor breakdown despite asking for part cost upfront and asking again after the service. Googled the part (blower motor), they go for about $150. Took a little over 1 hr of labor. He arrived 1045 and was done just past noon. Likely paid $500-600/hr for labor, which is about 3-4x what it should be. 6/16 update: Got a call from them and the summary of the call was "well you agreed to the quote, didn't you?" and "i don't know where you'd see a blower motor for $150, all of ours are over $800." I checked again today on home depot and granger and they range $80-200. Full blower units can go that high, but that was not what was replaced, as the mechanic himself told me that he dusted off my existing fan."

"Terry came to the rescue again! Recent projects he has handled for us inclide: 1. A deck update. Some boards were in need of replacing 2. A complete bathroom remodel. He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. Terry either fixes it himself or uses his friends and connections to find other tradesman who can get the job done. Fir example, he used a tile man on the bathroom project."
