I had bought a deal previously through Angie's list and used them, so in spite of that, I hired them to come out and inspect my dryer, which was squeaking like crazy. "I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. "Marlon was excellent. Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced and installed both a garbage disposal and faucet for me. Somewhat simple job that turned out to be much more difficult due to the way the products were originally installed. Marlon would not leave until it was perfect. Even had to run to Lowes a few times to make sure he got it right. Will be using him again for sure."
