"Ben did an amazing job. He waited just until he was sure it was not going to rain before he began job. Replaced a lot of rusted screws and double sealed them and all around the vents. I am already seeing the effects of having my roof coated in asphalt aluminum. My house is definitely cooler. He even came back an extra day to make sure that the moisture from the night before had not caused any places to not seal properly. There was some slight sealant overspray on my fascia and he cleaned every bit off. Left nothing behind but good vibes and a great job. I would highly recommend him, especially to those of us in manufactured housing with metal roofs."

"B.Marshall Home Improvements did an excellent job cleaning off all the moss and mold growing on our roof. They also sealed the roof . They also painted the vent pipes to match the roof without asking and no extra charge. This a father son local business who are professional. I would hire again ."

"Couldn't be happier! We did alot of research before selecting Evans Roofing. The quality of workmanship was above what we expected!!"

"I used this **pro** for a roof repair. The shingles used were not even in the same color-way of my roof. A variegated gray-red does not match the warm light brown of the existing roof. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed when I got home. As a *professional* it would have been better to Inform this homeowner that they either could not match the shingles (at all-not even close) or show this homeowner the shingles before they started the job. Now, I will have to pay someone to reroof the patch job with the correct or at least a shingle color thats closer to the rest of my roof. He did an excellent job receiving my money and was equally slick at using COVID and the supply chain as his excuse.."

"Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

"I would work with them for future roofing services. They did everything from the beginning to the end of my roof installation job and it's the best roof in my block. Amazing crew and excellent artistry."

"Company had done work for us twice before (tile roofing and flat top rubber roofing). They did a great job and we never had a problem with anything they did. This job was done when we told it would be, all cleaned up after and during the work, and has held up well. (Done 3 years ago.)"

"We are so grateful for John Keller Roofing and their entire team! From the time of estimate to completion of the project, John Keller Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Because of the demand for roof repair and replacements, due to a recent hurricane in our area, all roofing companies were overwhelmed with customers. But even with such a demand on the roofing industry, the team at John Keller Roofing gave amazing customer service. Gary Blessing came out right away to give an estimate. The estimate was extremely fair, especially, when supplies can tend to increase in price, due to demand. Shingles were high in demand, so there was a bit of a waiting period to get the shingles in stock and to schedule the workers. But Lisa, in the office, kept us posted and made sure that everything moved along as quickly as possible. The team that worked on the roof were professional and efficient. They protected the property and cleaned up after. Lisa and John Keller kept in touch, every step of the way, to make sure everything fell into place. Would definitely recommend John Keller Roofing! Thank you John and Lisa for all your help!!"

"Owner was extremely polite and knowledgeable during the time of the estimate. Quickly diagnosed the source of the issues in less time than several other contractors who came to the same conclusions. Price was very competitive, crew was on-site before expected time, did a super job with the repairs and left the area very clean. Didn't waste anytime at all fixing the problem which was causing inside damage to my interior walls. Very pleased with the professionalism, courteousness and overall pleasant experience. Will definitely consider them 1st for any other roof repair or replacement. Very happy!"
