"I had experienced some water damage in my living room earlier this year. I contacted Jerry through Angie's List and he responded in less then an hour. A few days later he came to my house and gave me an estimate for the repairs I needed. The estimate was right in the middle of what I expected it to be. I agreed to go forward and two days later Jerry was at my house promptly and fixed my wall in one day.
Not only did I have to have drywall and molding replaced but my walls are textured with plaster. Jerry told me that the texture would not be a problem and that he could match it exactly. He wasn't kidding. You can't tell the difference between the original and the repair.  No other contractor said they could do this! Jerry was extremely professional throughout and his work was of the utmost quality.
At the end of the day, I had my wall fixed and it looks great, we settled on the agreed upon price and I got my living room back. I will eventually need to make some other repairs in my house and I will be going to Jerry first. Thank you again!

"it went very well. from the minute jerry and his helper arrived and started to carefully protect and remove furniture from construction dust to the time they moved it all back, they acted in a professional manner. jerry had to replace a lot of drywall. it was done seamlessly. the same with my front door. it was painted and repaired so that it looks brand new. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
