"There is a lot of so-called glass company's in the central Fla area. If you want to hire a pro with Integrity, then look no further than Randall Akkerman. This was a tough repair that no other glass company would take the time to consider. I knew it was going to be a tough repair and I was expecting to pay a premium to have it replaced. The problem that I found out is that there are NO true Glaziers in the business anymore. Not until i spoke with Randall and Rodger. Two guys did a job that all the other glass companies wouldn't even consider because it took skill and knowledge they didn't possess. I'm sure glad I found them and they will be the only Glass company that I call on in the future. Don't waste your time calling the rest of the glass repair companies in the business. "Frank showed us where the previously installed anchors and screws were pulling out of the wall board due to the poor quality of the wall board. He crafted a white finished plank board and then reinstalled the barn door which is used to give privacy to the large master bath. He visited us to review the problem, and then showed up 3 days later(over a weekend) to correct the issue.Only charged for materials and a 'repair' labor fee. We have used him also for installing pull out shelves in the kitchen, bath and pantry closets. What a life saver. We can see everything that is on the shelf, even stuff all the way in the back, and we don't have to go into contortions to see what's there. He disign and craft services are above and beyond."

"My review is a little late. My sliding glass doors would not slide open without lifting the door. Alex was on time for the appointment. He was professional and courteous. After examining the sliding doors, Alex suggested he could replace the rollers on the bottom of the door instead of replacing the doors and frame. This resulted in saving us a a few hundred dollars. I so appreciate this, as owning a home can become expensive with repair after repair and upgrade after upgrade. Alex left to retrieve the parts needed, returned in a timely manner and fixed the door.
