"My elderly parents paid Kirk Morgan more than $10k to replace windows in their home last July. When the installation crew showed up they had the wrong windows, and a new set had to be ordered, delaying the installation another six weeks. Less than one week after the installation one of the windows literally fell apart, the glass broke, bending the frame. Immediately Will Conaway was called and after seeing pictures he promised the window would be replaced free of charge. THIS WAS NOVEMBER 4, 2024!! In February Will Conaway made an appointment to replace the window on March 1. No one showed up, no one called. My parents have been calling continuously, being given nothing but excuses, if anyone bothers to answer the call. Do not do business with Kirk Morgan or Will Conaway if you expect any level of customer service."

He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience with the installation of five windows in a door. "TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost). I also had to buy more than was HC's initial list, & had descoped to help offset cost. I'm left with an over-budget bathroom that is functional with rushed cosmetic issues, 3 weeks late with my house a mess, & a list of To-Dos to finish/fix the scope they didn't get to."
