I hired the HVAC company that we utilize, and they reported it not coming from the HVAC unit and suggested that we have a roofing company come to look at it, which I did. However, they reported it was not coming from the roofing and could not determine where it was coming from. I then hired Mr. Handyman to take a look at it, which he did.
