"James arrived on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning out our air ducts. He cleaned up after the job and put everything back where it was. The sanitizer he used made it smell very good afterwards. The machine he used actually scrubbed a lot of stuff out of the ducts."

"Michael arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was dressed professionally, and came in with a ladder, covers for the furniture, and a camera scope to take pictures of the inside of the ducts. I was thoroughly convinced that i had mold in my ducts, having been smelling it in the cabana. He was in and out of my scorching attic, removed several vents to scope, and spent approximately 30 to 45 minutes investigating. In the end, he cleaned up every speck of dust, and cleaned one of my vent covers. He advised that my ducts were all clean and clear, and did not need cleaning. He showed me pictures of the inside of my ductwork. He actually found the source of the mold, which was not in the A/C system, and brought it to my attention. How much did he charge for all of this? Zero. I gave him $20 for a tip, but wow... this is the most honest contractor I've ever seen. <br />"

"Carl came out first to clear our lines and explained that rust was flaking off the coils and clogging the drain line. We asked for a quote for a new unit as this one was clearly on its last legs. The quote was very reasonable and the installation procedures were thoroughly explained. He also offered to put another air duct in our bedroom as it should have had two during initial construction and it was always hotter than the rest of the house. <br /> We decided to go ahead with the new AC and scheduled it for a couple weeks out when we knew someone could be home. In between that time, our AC stopped cooling on a Sunday as the coils froze up. We called AirPlus and they explained how we could get it back online over the phone saving us a service call. This helped but a few days later it went out again and would not come back on. Carl then came back out- at no charge- and got the AC working and moved up the installation date. <br /> On installation day the two men who came to install the AC were very polite and competent. Carl showed up just a little later and told me that he had went over all the details with them and that I could call him if there were any issues. The installation went smoothly and was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The new AC cooled this 3030 sqft house from 86° to 75° in no time at all, my bedroom is now one of the coolest rooms in the house, and the new unit itself is incredibly quiet both inside and out.  <br /> Outstanding customer service and performance! We would highly recommend them and will use them again when the unit needs servicing. <br />"
