"James arrived on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning out our air ducts. He cleaned up after the job and put everything back where it was. The sanitizer he used made it smell very good afterwards. The machine he used actually scrubbed a lot of stuff out of the ducts."

"Michael arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was dressed professionally, and came in with a ladder, covers for the furniture, and a camera scope to take pictures of the inside of the ducts. I was thoroughly convinced that i had mold in my ducts, having been smelling it in the cabana. He was in and out of my scorching attic, removed several vents to scope, and spent approximately 30 to 45 minutes investigating. In the end, he cleaned up every speck of dust, and cleaned one of my vent covers. He advised that my ducts were all clean and clear, and did not need cleaning. He showed me pictures of the inside of my ductwork. He actually found the source of the mold, which was not in the A/C system, and brought it to my attention. How much did he charge for all of this? Zero. I gave him $20 for a tip, but wow... this is the most honest contractor I've ever seen. <br />"
