Justin did multiple jobs for me, two overhead storage racks, a dresser assembly,a daybed assembly, 4 ceiling fans and a couple chandeliers. His work is clean, straight forward and works safely turning off the proper breakers while working in the lighting and ceiling fans. Freeland (Justin ) also packed up all the boxing material and swept up anything that was on the floors. Garret came out to give the initial estimate and was our point of contact throughout the process; we decided to have our pool deck redone with travertine stone and the pool refinished, including new tiles. As I recall, Garret came out to inspect the work each day that the workers were here. Despite some unavoidable delays due to rain, Ross Services finished the job in the specified time frame, and we are extremely happy with the results.
