"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. "He is a thief, a liar, and a con artist. He was hired for a kitchen remodel that was going to cost over $30,000, and I gave him a $12,500 deposit to start within two weeks. He resulted in a lot of 'no-calls, no-shows,' so I requested my money back since he broke the contract by not starting on the agreed date. I asked for a full refund of my deposit in October. It is now the end of December, and I have not heard from him—despite many promises since October that he would return my money."
