"Johnsons and Sons, once again, make the vision a realty. New floors, cabinets, countertops, paint, lighting in our Laundry Room/Mud Room-entryway (and new fireplace!). Top to bottom: perfect. Vic's communication throughout the project never left us guessing who was coming when and what we could expect on a day-to-day basis. He was always very clear on the cost and timing, no surprises. Jon gets the work DONE; I'm not sure there's anything he cannot do. And Tony . . . his tile work is second to none. We've asked Tony to tackle many and varied tile projects; his attention to detail has never left us disappointed and his finished product has always been the highlight. The Johnson and Sons subs (flooring, drywall, paint, electrical) are courteous, professional, and timely. When things are "missed" or overlooked (as ALWAYS happens with ANY project), the subs promptly return to get the work done, never a problem. Two more rooms to go and Johnson and Sons will have touched every room of our house."

"Ward came out and did an estimate.  Following the estimate, he drew up the plans for the space.  They got permits from the City which took three months.  Once the permit was received they started the work.  Joe was our Project Manager and our head Carpenter was Rob.  The majority of the time Rob and Andrew were the two who worked on the addition.  The people who were working on our home were very nice and easy to work with and we felt we could communicate well with everyone. We appreciated that there were not a lot of different people in our home.  The strength of this company is the quality they deliver and the people working for them. The project took longer than expected, but it is an extremely busy time right now in the construction business.  We are very happy with the results, and love our new space!  We would work with this company again.

"We hired Pete initially to help with a couple of re-modeling projects at home, including (but not limited to) adding an extra room upstairs. However, we discovered water damage few months prior to the project's planned start date. Pete helped us gain clarity on the rebuild efforts that would follow soon after the water mitigation would complete, worked closely with the insurance adjusters and was always responsive during the planning phases of the process. His crew members were very professional, friendly and always worked with us closely to meet our design needs. For the complexity of the project, Pete and his team did a great job in projecting reasonable timelines and setting expectations. But, he underestimated wood needed for replacement of deck boards and he didn’t bid the cleanup/disposal of removed wood so the quote was short by $300.
