They had lots of wear from when the kids were young and even more wear from a recent reconstruction project. Ivan was very clear about what the results and cost would be if he simply cleaned and sealed, or if he replaced selected tiles or if he put in a totally new floor. It was so helpful to have it explained. We are very pleased with the results and he was a joy to work with. "

I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"
